We are actively recruiting for Peer Career Advisors for the 2025-26 academic year.
The opportunity is available for work study eligible candidates with highly developed writing, editing, and analytical skills, preferably with previous experience in a hiring or hiring committee role.
If you have had the opportunity to meet with our Peer Career Advisors during this past year, you know how important peer review support can be. The CPD PCAs offer supplemental resume and cover letter reviews through virtual and in person individual sessions and drop in hours, and via email by request.
Virtually all students who have held this position over the past 15 years have only the best things to say about the experience. The work is flexible with a high level of autonomy, and it is an amazing opportunity to get to know the career paths and aspirations of peers across the entire YSE community.
We hope to bring qualified candidates on board this fall for 5-10 hours per week at the standard student assistant rate for YSE.
