Yale University provides extensive support for PhD students and Post-docs for academic and non-academic career development. The Office of Career Strategy provides resources to explore career options, develop professional skills and experiences, and conduct a rewarding job search.

YSE PhD students and candidates are eligible to access the job posting system and event registration calendar for OCS.

The CPD team is also available to meet with PhD students and candidates for one-on-one career advising. Please e-mail any member of our advising team directly if you wish to set up an appointment to discuss general strategies for non-academic careers.
