Seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of experience to lead expansion into new regions and products for One Acre Fund Nigeria: designing, testing, and implementing models that deepen farmer impact and advance our 2030 goals.
The expansion specialist will oversee efforts to identify new products, services, and states to accelerate progress toward our vision. You will develop strategies and plans to extend our reach to new regions, helping hundreds of thousands of farmers annually. The Expansion Lead will work alongside program leaders to lead these initiatives and will report to the Program Division Lead.
One Acre Fund Nigeria is among our fastest-growing countries of operation. Our goal is to support at least 50% of Nigerian farming households in developing resilient farming practices and diversifying their income sources through agriculture. We are active in 3 states and aim to expand to 8-10 states by 2030.
